Very Advanced hard trick

  1. Set your Contact ball on the elbow stall point. Push the arm to top and catch the ball on the palm.
  2. Roll downt the ball from palm to the elbow and catch with the other hand.
  3. Try to controll the speed when you roll down the ball.
  4. Roill down and Stall on the elbow.
  5. Practice with one hand "Elbow stall point - Top Palm - Elbow stall point"
  6. Connect all the moves.

ヘッドストール by おこたんぺ okotanpe

Stall on top of the head

  1. Find a point you can stall on your head.
  2. It may be 1 second at first try, but it will be 5 second, 10 second, 1 mins after long long practice days later.
  3. Once you feel good, try run or jump.

アームロール by おこたんぺ。 okotanpe

  1. Set a ball on finger and roll to the inside elbow stall point and catch with the other hand.
  2. Roll the ball from the elbow stall point to the end of fingers.
  3. Repeat 1 - 2
  4. Once you get it, try not to use the other hand for support.

Note
Make line between finger and stall point.
Don't bring your hands down, try to make it straight when you roll the ball from elbow stall point to fingers.

  1. Bend your elbow and find the spot. place the ball on the hollow.
  2. If you feel comfatable with it, try to make your arm straight. move around with stall.
  3. Open your arm and get comfortable with 180 position.
  4. More stall more comfortable. Keep stalling whenever you have time to do it.

手の甲から手の甲への移動 バックトゥバックトランスファー by おこたんぺ okotanpe

  1. Make a cradle position. set the other arm in front of the cradle hand. Set your arm position about chest hight.
  2. Push the ball with fingers and transfer to the other hand's cradle position. Now move your free arm to the front.
  3. There are 2 ways to go to the front, go under or over the other arm. Practice both way.

Note
Make smooth one line when you transfer the ball. Try not to make gap between hands.

バタフライ by おこたんぺ Okotanpe

1. Throw the ball up and swing arm from inside to outside, and outside to insside.

2. Try to 'Contact' your hand and the ball.

3. Swing your hand from the bottom to the top to add momentum. Make figure of 8 with your hand and ball.

4. Make wider  figure of 8.

Make a path for the ball with index and second finger.
Make sure you roll the ball on palm and back.
