8 antispin linear isolation

Basic 8 linear isolation.

There are so many ways to do "Linear Isolation" but I show one of basic ideas of them for this lesson.

*Linear Isolation on the cross in a plane.
*Handle linear Isolation.
*From 4 petals antispoin flower.

You can make C.A.P combinations with this basic linear isolation. C.A.P.( L )
For this conditon, there are 8 variations which you should practice.

Forward ( Direction A )

1. Top to Bottom linear isolation.
2. Right to Left linear isolation.
3. Bottom to Top linear isolation.
4. Left to Right linear isolation.

Backward ( Direction B )

1. Top to Bottom linear isolation.
2. Right to Left linear isolation.
3. Bottom to Top linear isolation.
4. Left to Right linear isolation.

※Try them on side plane, wall plane, horizontal plane.

Let's see Clockwise, rightside hipmill this lesson.
You can call this move "forward hip mill". Because if you twist your body to right side, it'll be forward spin on the side plane.
