You can call this move "forward hip mill". Because if you twist your body to right side, it'll be forward spin on the side plane.
Practice one by one
- Place your righht hand on left shoulder.
- Spin your left poi under the right arm, make 2 beat spin on front and btb.
Make sure you keep plane nice and vertical. If you feel uncomfortable, you can twist body little bit.
- Practice right hand low reel
- Spin both hand togather. Make sure the crossed poi (left poi which comes cross from the other side of body) is always under the other poi.
! This move is 2 beat. The crossed poi is always under. If it's over the other poi, you should spin as "Shoulder mill" not hip mill.
