Poichi exercise : Same direction Same time

Description

This move is the basement of Turn moves.

This is very good for starter of the poi practice, building body balance, and turns.
Try other poi-chi exercises too.

Tips for Same Same Big circles

  1. Twist your body with arms. Don't force only arms to move, use whole body.
  2. Keep Plane clean and vertical. Even you turn, your arms move vertically.

Tips for Bigcircles

  • Relax your shoulder muscles. Stand in balanced position.
  • Always imagine the wall plane, and hands are on wall plane.
  • Don't think too much about how extend arms, but make it balanced. Too much extention will injure shoulder.
  • Think inner shoulder. Don't force them, set it comfortable and free position.
