Join us for 4 hrs of deep immersion into poi spinning and body movement! Suitable for both beginners to advanced, this workshop will widen your perspective of poi spinning. We'll go into useful coordination and hand independence exercises to increase our speed of learning new moves. We'll dive into body positions, pirouettes and footwork and to reach the state of effortless and limitless flow. We'll focus on contrast in our poi spinning, how to become performers & bringing poi on the stage. Apart from that Vojta will also show and teach some of his favourite body tracing pirouettes and turns, tosses and contrast moves. There will also be a bit of time for individual attention, so everyone has something to bring home! Short bio about Vojta: Vojta has been developing his skill of dancing with poi for over 10 years, in which he mastered his own unique style that fuses elements of dance, martial arts, juggling, acrobatics, theatre, music & rhythm knowledge as well as deep knowledge of poi geometry. As a professional performer Vojta has performed hundreds of shows all around the world, either as a solo performer or as a part of huge circus projects.
