start with any hand going towards the anti spin side (the opposite side). As the start hand reaches the top arch of the flower, start with your remaining hand in the same direction. As you complete the pattern with your first hand stall at the bottom, and then follow through with the remaining hand to stall at the bottom as well. Then reverse...;)Thank you Rastaxel
