Simple pass with upward stalls and hip reels

動きの解説

1. Solo practice (same time same direction) upward stalls going side-to-side. Use a simple hip reel to connect the upward stalls.

2. Stand side-by-side leaving enough space to comfortably pass the poi when both partners have arms extended.

3. Partners begin by facing AWAY from each other in upwards stall.

4. Pass poi to partner when you turn to face EACH OTHER.

5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 till you go bananas!
