Poichi Basic and Turn [ 15 mins ]

Poich Basic

  • Butterfly
  • Intime Same Direction
  • Split Butterfly

Poichi Turn Intime Same direction.

  • Clockwise to Counter-Clockwise ( Clockwise )
  • Counter-Clockwise to Clockwise ( Clockwise )
  • Clockwise to Counter-Clockwise ( Counter-Clockwise )
  • Counter-Clockwise to Clockwise ( Counter-Clockwise )

* Each Turn has 2 variation. Turn with Right foot, or Turn with Left Foot.

Poichi Pirouette walk [ 10 mins ]

1 circle, 1 Pirouette. If you change the base foot, you can step forward, backward, or change the direction.

Poichi Pirouette walk with Partner [15 mins ]

Practice pirouette with partner, facing each other, and pirouette.

  • Same direction
  • Split direction
  • 1 stay same position, the other one step forward, etc...

Poichi Pirouette walk with Groupe [ 15 mins ]

Pirouetting around with group.

Show time [ 15 mins ] 

Show some cool choreography !!
