Split Butterfly Turns

• Inward to Outward ( Clockwise )
• Outward to Inward ( Clockwise )
• Inward to Outward ( Counter-Clockwise )
• Outward to Inward ( Counter-Clockwise )

Rhythming

• Rotating wall plane with Butterfly ( Inward Butterfly, Outward Butterfly )
• Rotating wall plane with Split time same directionspin
• Split time Butterfly ( 4 positions )

Split time Antispin Flower

Practice each petal

• Begin with Vertical position, Ritgt Petal, and Left Petal.
• Begin with Horizontal position, Top Petal, and Bottom Petal.

*Poi spin front wall plane all the time.

[ Antispin ] Linear Isolation ( D-CAP )

Make " + " line with poi handle. Begin with 4 petal antispin-flower. This is also called " D-CAP".

• Top to Bottom Liner Isolation.
• Right to Left Liner Isolation.
• Bottom to Top Linear Isolation.
• Left to Right Linear Isolation.

Clockwise and Counter Clockwise, need to practice both direction.

D-CAP

There are lot of D-CAP variations. This is only about split butterfly D-CAP.

Right Angle Linear Isolation

During linear Isolation, you can change the direction with 90 degrees. ( there are more possibility, this is one of BASIC of changing the direction with linear isolation. )
