Outline : Learn the way to practice intermediate moves of wall plane spining " Waist wrap " and " Neck wrap".

  • Warming up
  • Basic 4 position ( Shoulder x 2, Hip x 2 )
  • Transfer on the basic 4 position.
  • Hip mills and shoulder mills.
  • Waist wrap
  • Neck wrap
  • Crosser ( Hug reel )
